Mail you send leaves through Google as your address and appears in your Gmail Sent folder as usual. Nexmail reads your Inbox about once a minute. It only reads: messages stay unread in Gmail, and nothing is moved or deleted. On first connect, Nexmail brings in the last 7 days of your inbox, then keeps up from there. Past the daily limit, new mail waits in Nexmail and goes out the next day. Nothing is dropped. Campaigns Google’s terms forbid bulk marketing from Gmail, and the daily limit makes a campaign take days. For campaigns, connect a bulk provider such as Brevo under Settings → Providers.
