Let people book a time.

A booking link is a public page where people pick a free time from your calendars. The booking lands on your calendar, and both of you get an invite.

Create a booking link

  1. Open Settings → Booking links and choose New booking link.
  2. Give it a title and a link name. The page lives at /book/ followed by that name.
  3. Set your weekly hours, the lengths people can choose (for example 15, 30, 60), and your time zone.
  4. Choose the calendar bookings go on, and the video: Google Meet (a new link for each booking), your own link or place, or none.
  5. Save, then copy the link or insert it into any email from the editor toolbar.

When someone books

  • The page only offers times that are free on your calendars.
  • Two people cannot take the same slot: the second is told it has gone.
  • The event goes on your chosen calendar and syncs to Google or Outlook like any other.
  • The person who booked gets a confirmation with the invite attached and a link to cancel, and you get one too. Both come from your own address when you have one.
  • On the Team plan, tick Send the notetaker to every booking and each call gets notes. See Meeting notetaker.

Cancelling

The cancel link in the confirmation removes the event from your calendar and tells you both. To pause a page without deleting it, untick Link is on.
